Induction into the World of Business
Methodology and Structure
The programme runs over five days and the detailed design will be developed in conjunction with the HRD team. There is the opportunity for various client personnel to deliver input sessions and exercises to run as part of the programme. Learning Dynamics will work with the team to ensure a close fit between organisational inputs and those of the Learning Dynamics team.
Our business simulations will form the "backbone" of the programme with input sessions and exercises between rounds of the simulation. Rounds of the simulation will take 45 minutes to one and a quarter hours. Processing of decisions and results takes approximately 45 minutes. Participants will always be occupied during the processing by either inputs or exercises.
There will be opportunities for teams to show their creativity as well as their analytical skills.
The programme will build towards a final dinner and prize-giving event.
The main objectives of the programme are:
